At TN Norway, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our Field Sales organization. As a key player in driving incremental add-on business into strategic named accounts, this role is critical to the success of our company.
About the RoleThis fantastic opportunity allows you to utilize your extensive experience and consultative selling skills to initiate and support sales of Workday Solutions within existing customers. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, with a focus on upselling via deal management.
- You will perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment.
- Drive strategic add-on and renewal business of Workday solutions within Large Enterprise customers.
- Cross-functionally collaborate with Workday's internal teams (pre-sales, digital, value & bid-management, marketing, technical and sales support).
We are looking for an experienced sales professional who has a proven track record of success in selling SaaS/Cloud based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/ or Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position. Key qualifications include:
- ~8+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud based solutions.
- Negotiating deals with a variety of C-Suite Executives to close opportunities.
- Building relationships with existing customers for add-on or incremental business.
- Developing long-term account strategies with existing customers.
