Vianode is an advanced battery materials company providing sustainable anode graphite solutions for the battery and EV value chains in North America and Europe. Vianode operates the world's most sustainable full-scale anode graphite plant for batteries at Herøya Norway. The next step involves executing a multi-billion dollar phased investment program dedicated to establishing large-scale plants across North America and Europe.

About the Position: Are you a structured and experienced professional with proficient administrative and stakeholder management skills? Vianode is looking for a dedicated Management Support Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to smooth and efficient operations at Vianode. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company and work in a collaborative, global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support, including managing complex calendars.
- Manage planning and execution of corporate events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Coordinate and assist with project-related tasks.
- Ensure timely and relevant information is available to target audiences and assist with the creation of content for meetings/events.
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for executives, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Oversee office supplies and facility management to ensure smooth office operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in executive support and administrative roles.
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with facility management.
- Ability to work in a global environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Norwegian.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively within a diverse team.
The ideal candidate should be adaptable, detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and possess strong problem-solving skills. The position offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same, providing opportunities for professional growth and skill development.
Location: This position is based in Oslo.
