Vi søker en engasjert og lidenskapelig Restaurant Manager til våre to restauranter Izakaya og TAK på Sommerro.

På toppen av Sommerro ligger selve kronen på verket - TAK Oslo, en nordisk-japansk restaurant. TAK Oslo er søster restauranten til Stockholm-originalen. Rettene kombinerer det nordiske og japanske kjøkkenet, og feirer samtidig det beste fra Norge, med sesongbaserte, lokale og bærekraftige råvarer. Under TAK Restaurant, i hotellets syvende etasje, ligger Izakaya, en uformell cocktailbar med et bredt utvalg småretter. Izakaya har en stor tilhørende takterrasse, og utsikt over Frogner, Oslofjorden og marka.

Som restaurantsjef vil du være ansvarlig for den operasjonelle og administrative restauranten driften av både TAK og Izakaya. Som Restaurant Manager rapporterer du direkte til Director of food and beverage på Sommerro og vil være en aktiv del av den operasjonelle ledergruppen. Du vil jobbe tett med gjester og ansatte, og du vil være ansvarlig for å lede, motivere og utvikle dine medarbeidere samt følge opp driften i henhold til Sommerro Standarden samtidig som du jakter gode resultater. Du må være selvstendig samtidig som du er en lagspiller og i stand til å lede et team. Du må være målrettet, arbeidsom, ha et godt humør, samt evne og vilje til å skape gode resultater gjennom andre.

Dine Ansvarsområder

  • Ansvar for drift og utvikling av serverings tilbudet i TAK Restaurant, Izakaya bar og terrasse
  • Personalansvar, herunder rekruttering, onboarding, utvikling av medarbeiderne i egne avdelinger.
  • Utvikle og sikre avdelingenes servicekonsept i tråd med hotellets øvrige standarder.
  • Etablere og vedlikeholde internsystemer i henhold til gjeldende forskrifter og interne systemer.
  • Ansvarlig for å kvalitetssikre drift og leveranser for egne avdelinger gjennom tilstedeværelse i forskjellige skift; morgen, kveld og helg.
  • Budsjett- og rapporteringsansvar.
Ønskede Kvalifikasjoner
  • Trives godt med å være aktivt delaktig i den daglige driften i avdelingen, og ta et operativt ansvar.
  • Relevant erfaring fra lignende stilling i premiumsegmentet. (drift, ledelse og rapportering)
  • God kommunikasjonsevne muntlig og digitalt - flytende engelsk og et skandinavisk språk både skriftlig og muntlig.
  • Selvstendig, strukturert, nøyaktig og pålitelig
  • Stor arbeidskapasitet med evne til å håndtere flere saker parallelt
  • Gode samarbeidsevner - du vil ha tett samarbeid med andre avdelinger– du vil ha mye kontakt både internt og eksternt
  • Tilstedeværelse i service, i forskjellige skift morgen, kveld og helg.
