
Hospitality Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team in Norway. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for growing our customer base and revenue in the region.
About the Opportunity:In this role, you will use your consultative sales approach to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new hospitality businesses such as restaurants, bars, and cafes in your territory. You will work closely with our product and marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of the market.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the charge introducing our platform to all restaurants in your territory
- Oversee the sales cycle from prospect, demo to close
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through outbound sales efforts
- Understand the struggle of a customer and approach each conversation with a consultative approach
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of the market
- Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position us in the market
- Leverage Hubspot (our CRM) to manage all sales activities
- +1 years experience in a closing sales role
- Experience cold-calling into various types of local businesses, with evidence of success, preferred
- Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus or genuine interest in the restaurant industry
- Norwegian on a fluent level and comfortable with English as that is our business language
- You live in/near Oslo and are able to travel around for customer meetings
- High energy and great with building relationships (our people is our brand)
