På vegne av ECIT Norian AS søker vi en forretningsorientert Quality Development Manager (QDM) til nyopprettet stilling. ECIT Norian har hovedfokus på å levere regnskap- og lønnstjenester til både små og store virksomheter gjennom en internasjonal leveransemodell kombinert med stor grad av automatisering gjennom interne systemkonsulenter eller RPA utviklere. ECIT Norian opplever stor vekst og ser nå etter deg som ønsker være med å forme selskapets videre utvikling.

Som QDM vil du jobbe tett med Head of Quality (og øvrig ledelse) med teknologisk oppdatering og videreutvikling av kvalitetskontroll, samt være en aktiv bidragsyter for at system og rutiner for kvalitetsstyring er oppdatert, kjent, brukes og fungerer i virksomheten. Rollen vil være en sentral ressurs og kontaktperson for selskapet og medarbeidere på kvalitetsområdet.

Vi ser etter deg som har bakgrunn fra revisjon, regnskap eller liknende rolle. Du er nysgjerrig, "sulten" og ikke redd for å utfordre etablerte sannheter. Du besitter god Excel- og systemforståelse, og/eller evnen til å lære nye system raskt og effektivt. Videre har du gode kommunikasjonsferdigheter, med evne til å bygge relasjoner og støtte andre i organisasjonen. En utadvendt, men samtidig rolig tilstedeværelse.

Arbeidsoppgaver og ansvar
  • Lede/bistå ECIT Norian sin kvalitetskontroll
  • Overvåke kvalitetsfunksjonen i lys av teknologisk utvikling og funksjonalitet
  • Oppdatert på ECIT konsernets retningslinjer
  • Overvåke internoppdragsutførelse, kvalitetsmål og risikovurdering
  • Kontinuerlig forbedringsarbeid
  • Overvåke endring i rammevilkår på makronivå, herunder off. myndigheter/Finanstilsynet/Økokrim
  • Overvåke endringer fra Regnskap Norge og andre nærliggende bransjeorganisasjoner
Ønskede kvalifikasjoner
  • Relevant utdannelse
  • Min. 4 års relevant erfaring
  • Et nysgjerrig og proaktivt mindset
  • Kommersiell og forretningsorientert
  • Erfaring med oppdragskontroll eller revisjon
  • Excel- og systemferdigheter, og/eller interesse for videreutvikling innen feltet
  • Gode engelsk kunnskaper - muntlig og skriftlig
