Om stillingene og arbeidsoppgaver

Vi ivaretar alt av teknisk drift hos en av våre kunder i Oslo. Stillingen jobber tett opp mot Critical Facility Manager og ut mot våre underleverandører.

Du vil bli en del av et kompetent tekniske team som jobber innenfor teknisk service av bygninger og kritiske anlegg - primært el, kjøling og back-up power systemer. Du vil være en naturlig «go-to person» på kontoret både for kollegaer, kunder og leverandører. Det stilles høye krav til kvalitet og dokumentasjon som gjør at det alltid må være detaljert planlegging før arbeidets utførelse, og at all dokumentasjon i etterkant er på plass. Vi har hele tiden fokus på å videreutvikle og forbedre kundens tekniske fasiliteter, så teknologi, samarbeid og kommunikasjon er alltid i hovedfokus.

I denne stillingen som Contract Support vil du daglig løse et bredt spekter oppgaver som kan være, men ikke begrenset til:

  1. Være første kontaktpunkt for leverandører, kunder og innleide ressurser, og sammen med teamet ha tett oppfølging og løse evt. utfordringer i det daglige og delta på/lede regelmessige møter
  2. Ta ledelsen og sikre forhandlinger/gjennomganger av alle leverandørkontakter innenfor det tildelte ansvarsområde som pris, leveringstid, kvalitet og service for flere tjenester og varer etc.
  3. Ved hjelp av våre systemer sørge for flyt i innkjøpsordresyklusen, herunder opprette innkjøpsordrer, kvalitetssikre leveranser, godkjenne fakturaer for betaling og administrere lukking av innkjøpsordrer
  4. Identifisere og bidra til å drive implementering av besparelsesmuligheter for å sikre at kundens og CBRE 's økonomiske besparelsesmål maksimeres
  5. Sørge for at dokumenter og avtaler opprettholder den standard som kreves av selskapets policy og prosedyrer, samt at de lagres og følges opp i henhold til policy
  6. Diverse støtte til det tekniske teamene og infrastrukturteamene
  7. Andre adhoc oppgaver ved behov

For å lykkes i denne stillingen må du være fleksibel og kunne trå til der det er behov. Du bør være glad i tall, like å ha kontroll og gjerne ha erfaring med innkjøp og oppfølging av kontrakter. Du vil bli del av et team og være den på kontoret som mange henvender seg til, både interne og eksterne, så du må ha en profesjonell fremtreden og ha evne til å kommunisere godt både skriftlig og muntlig. Du må like å jobbe i og med systemer, være strukturert og ta ansvar for dine oppgaver.
