Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to ensure smooth office operations and provide an exceptional environment for all employees and guests. This part-time role is based in Oslo and involves approximately 20% of your time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage facilities and operations of the Oslo office, including managing vendor relationships and reporting issues in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the point of contact for the office, greeting visitors and external teams, and managing access.
  • Assist with general office tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining a clean and organized office environment, and handling purchasing.
  • Oversee travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Plan in-office and virtual events regionally and company-wide with People Operations and the Social Committee.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Workplace Ops, Receptionist, or similar.
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep track of timelines, updates, and calendars.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a "no task is too small" attitude.
  • Enthusiasm for creating a positive and productive office environment.
