Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to join our People and Culture Department. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to the C-suite and Leadership Team members. Your primary responsibilities will include email and calendar management, meeting coordination, and project administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage email and calendar for senior executives, ensuring timely responses to emails and effective scheduling of meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, such as agendas, minutes, and supporting documents.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads and team members.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
