Job Overview:

The Customer Service Coordinator will be the first point of contact for our passengers at Oslo Airport. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain targets set by the Company
  • Convey the Company's products and values in a positive way
  • Comply with assigned shift schedule
  • Perform daily work tasks set by the Department
  • Staying updated with information and products
  • Communicating the Company's terms and conditions to our customers
  • Acting with courtesy and respect in dialogue with customers, internal/external
  • Contributing to a positive working environment
  • Addressing matters concerning the Company to your nearest leader
  • Selling tickets within the Norwegian network
  • Selling non-air products
  • Providing information and guidance to our customers
  • Handling passenger irregularities, hotel reservations, iCoupons, and rebooking
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Internal reporting
  • Updating back-office systems
  • Assisting the Security Department with delivery of ID cards for Norwegian crew
