We aim to electrify the future by designing and manufacturing world-class cables. Our team is responsible for providing executive support to the PWR-T Management Team, based in Oslo.
Job Responsibilities
You will provide administrative support to executive leadership, focusing on efficiency and coordination. Your duties will include:
Managing calendars and prioritizing key communications
Planning and scheduling meetings, including logistics management
Preparing presentations and supporting decision-making processes
Coordinating internal events and team collaboration
Approving travel expenses on behalf of the team
Supporting administrative tasks across the leadership team
Collaborating with the Nexans Assistant Team for seamless operations
Qualifications
Experience as an Assistant
Proficient in English, verbal and written
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Strong business acumen and corporate operations understanding
Able to handle urgent situations with adaptability and professionalism
International business experience
