Job Responsibilities

You will provide administrative support to executive leadership, focusing on efficiency and coordination. Your duties will include:

  • Managing calendars and prioritizing key communications

  • Planning and scheduling meetings, including logistics management

  • Preparing presentations and supporting decision-making processes

  • Coordinating internal events and team collaboration

  • Approving travel expenses on behalf of the team

  • Supporting administrative tasks across the leadership team

  • Collaborating with the Nexans Assistant Team for seamless operations

Qualifications

  • Experience as an Assistant

  • Proficient in English, verbal and written

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills

  • Strong business acumen and corporate operations understanding

  • Able to handle urgent situations with adaptability and professionalism

  • International business experience
