Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Travel and Administrative Coordinator. As a key member of our Installation and Services department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless travel and administrative support for our team.

Your primary duties will include managing travel bookings, acting as the main point of contact for travel-related inquiries, maintaining and updating our Personnel Tracking System, and coordinating internal and external meetings.

You will also be responsible for processing invoices, handling visa applications, and supporting tax-related documentation. Additionally, you will ensure that our intranet page for travel-related information is up to date.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with different departments and external partners, contributing to smooth operations and compliance with our policies.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage travel bookings in accordance with company policies.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for travel-related inquiries.
  3. Maintain and update Nexans' Personnel Tracking System.
  4. Coordinate internal and external meetings.
  5. Process invoices through Basware.
  6. Handle visa applications and related documentation.
  7. Support tax-related documentation and registrations.
  8. Evaluate and maintain accurate records on personnel tracking.
