As a National Account Manager at BCD Travel, you will be responsible for advising and driving the growth and profitability of the client's business with us.
You will establish and cultivate strong relationships with influencers and decision-makers within the assigned clients, ensuring they receive personalized support and tailored solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop account plans through thorough knowledge of the client's business strategy, goals, priorities, and key issues.
- Improve profitability where possible through pricing adjustments, technology introductions, or upselling opportunities.
- Strong partnership within the team and other departments to meet customer requirements.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as necessary and undertake any reasonable duties as required.
About You
- Prior travel management company or related business travel account experience is desired.
- You must have the ability to act as a 'business owner' and own the growth/profitability of your client portfolio.
- Thorough knowledge of travel industry technology and business knowledge is essential.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to engage at all levels comfortably.
- A highly proficient command of spoken and written English is also necessary.
