
Business Development Manager

Salesforce is seeking a skilled and ambitious Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue within a defined territory.
In this role, you will work closely with current and prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goals. You will collaborate with customers on the Salesforce platform to evangelize solutions that align with their objectives and help them achieve success.
The ideal candidate will possess strong account planning and strategy skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to identify opportunities, establish plans to achieve sales objectives, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and revenue within a defined territory.
- Work closely with customers to understand their business challenges and goals, and collaborate with them on the Salesforce platform to develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Identify opportunities and establish plans to achieve sales objectives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive results and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a software or technology industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify opportunities and develop effective plans to achieve sales objectives.
