Som oppdragsleder vil du ha ansvaret for de daglige serviceutførelsesaktivitetene, hvor ditt hovedansvar vil være å planlegge, koordinere og følge opp serviceoppdrag, med fokus på kvalitet og kundetilfredshet. Stillingen innebærer at du har tett dialog med kundene, teknikere, serviceingeniører, leverandører og interne kolleger for å levere best mulige løsninger og god kundeservice.
Stillingens arbeidsoppgaver:- Ledelse av serviceoppdrag / prosjekt: Ansvar for å koordinere, følge opp og ferdigstille serviceoppdrag og mindre oppgraderingsprosjekter innen Life Cycle Management, Offshore & Marine. Sørge for at serviceingeniør har lagt inn all relevant dokumentasjon før vi gir saken videre til Business Administration.
- Ressursplanlegging: Planlegge og gjennomføre ressursplanlegging i samråd med kundens behov og tilgjengelige ressurser.
- Kommunikasjon med kunder: Besvare henvendelser fra kunder, fungere som kontaktperson og opprettholde god kommunikasjonsflyt.
- Bestilling av deler og komponenter: Ansvar for bestilling av nødvendige deler og komponenter for oppdrag og prosjekt.
- Samarbeid mellom avdelinger: Ivareta smidig samarbeid mellom flere avdelinger og nøkkelpersoner for å sikre effektiv gjennomføring av oppdragene.
- Salgsrolle: Utarbeide tilbud til kunder.
- Delaktig i handover på prosjekt / oppdrag: Sette oss inn i prosjekt / serviceoppdrag. Bør skje via handover fra salg / prosjektavdeling.
- Følge opp tredjepartsselskap: Ifbm. batteribytter, innleie av ressurser og kost.
- Fakturering: Internt blir vi ofte bedt om å følge opp / purre / avklare spørsmål ifbm. fakturering.
- Kontraktshåndtering: Må sette oss inn i serviceavtaler og rammeavtaler i forbindelse med vår kundeportefølje.
- God erfaring innen prosjekt- eller oppdragsledelse, gjerne innenfor service, maritim eller oljesektoren.
- Gode samarbeids- og kommunikasjonsevner, med evne til å bygge relasjoner både med kunder, leverandører, samarbeidspartnere og kolleger.
- Det er en fordel om du har god teknisk forståelse, samt erfaring fra serviceleveranser.
- Du har struktur og evner å håndtere flere oppdrag samtidig.
- Serviceinnstilt og opptatt av å finne gode løsninger.
- God til å samarbeide og kommunisere.
- Evner å holde hodet kaldt under stress og uforutsatte situasjoner.
- Resultat- og kvalitetsfokusert.
