Du vil bli en del av vårt prosjektteam hvor vi i dag er 12 dyktige prosjektledere fordelt på våre kontorer i Oslo, London, Køln og Boston. Vi er en engasjert og mangfoldig gjeng - noen er morgenfugler, mens andre går for en roligere start. Det vi alle har til felles er at vi gir 110% og er ekstremt opptatt av å skape reell verdi hos våre kunder gjennom våre prosjekter – Vi ønsker deg som deler denne lidenskapen

Som prosjektleder i Attensi vil du jobbe for å skape resultater sammen med våre kunder over tid. Nøkkelen til suksess er å sette deg inn i kundens behov og utfordringer, designe og produsere løsninger som møter forretningsbehovet, samt bistå kunden med å sørge for at dette blir vellykket implementert i organisasjonen. Som prosjektleder vil du til enhver tid lede flere prosjektteam bestående av spillutviklere, designere, grafikere og forfattere, samt jobbe tett med det kommersielle teamet.

Hva vil du gjøre?
Du får ansvar for en egen portefølje av kundeprosjekter, og vil sikre at kundene elsker Attensi, at vi skaper verdi for kundene og at prosjektene leveres til avtalt kvalitet, tid og kost.

  • Du vil etablere- og videreutvikle gode relasjoner med kundene dine
  • Du vil sikre at kundeprosjekter skaper verdi og leveres på kvalitet, tid og kost
  • Du vil lede prosjekter og/eller programmer for implementering og endring hos våre kunder
  • Lede styringsgrupper bestående av representanter fra kunden i tillegg til interne ressurser
  • Du vil lede tverrfaglige prosjektteam og styre leveranser i henhold til Attensi sin iterative prosjektmetodikk
  • Du vil jobbe tett med det kommersielle teamet for å forme prosjekter og sikre kontinuerlig verdi for kunden
  • Du vil bidra til Attensi sin videre utvikling og vekst, både i Norge og internasjonalt

Hvem er du?
Du er positiv, engasjert og har et ønske om å være en sentral bidragsyter i Attensi sin videre utvikling og vekst. Du trives med høyt tempo og jobber iterativt med kunden for å levere fantastiske løsninger, og har en positiv og løsningsorientert innstilling.

  • Du har mest sannsynlig 1 - 3 års arbeidserfaring, gjerne som konsulent, prosjektleder, customer success, eller annet arbeid hvor du har skapt verdi for kunder
  • Du trives best når du får jobbe tett sammen med kunder for å realisere verdi og skape gode kunderelasjoner
  • Du har solid forretningsforståelse og kan raskt sette deg inn i ulike kunders behov, og forstå hvordan man kan bruke teknologi for å møte behovene
  • Du trives med å lede flere prosjekter samtidig og er vant til å strukturere din egen hverdag
  • For å lykkes hos oss er det også viktig at du er en lagspiller som trives med å skape verdi sammen med andre gjennom deling av kunnskap, erfaringer og bidrag på tvers av virksomheten.
  • Du er flytende i norsk og engelsk (både muntlig og skriftlig)
