We use: C#, TypeScript, Azure OpenAI, SQL, pg_vector, semantic kernel

Server side: Our back-end is written in C# powered by ASP.NET Core framework. We store data in CosmosDB, Azure Blobs, MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.

Client side: Front-facing applications are written in TypeScript, powered by React.

Are you passionate about applying AI, data-science, and statistics to build a solid software product?

We are looking for a product developer who understands statistics, numerical analysis, vector databases, and can code in C# to join our AI team. SuperOffice has always been easy to use, but now users expect quick answers to questions like: 'who is my most profitable VIP customer?' without having to fiddle around with buttons and filters on a dashboard. GPT is great at understanding text, but lousy at numerical analysis. We want to take it one step further by bringing numerical analysis into our AI functionality.

SuperOffice is a comprehensive suite of applications designed to enhance Customer Relationship Management for all kinds of companies. It consists of three main components: Marketing, Sales, and Service. These modules are designed to support the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to service. Additionally, SuperOffice seamlessly integrates with popular office products to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

We operate in the SMB (small and medium-sized business) segment in Europe, in various industries.

SuperOffice is a comprehensive suite of business software with a track record of over 30 years. It contains extensive, mature functionality, a neatly designed user interface, and is built on modern cloud-based technology. Your role

We are looking for an AI developer who loves programming, data science, and technology – and would love to be better at it Don't worry about CRM domain features, we'll teach you that part.

You'll work in a team with experienced developers in herding GPT models with RAG and action planners to answer user questions. We are looking for someone who is good with numbers as well as LLMs. You'll be part of the team enhancing our product with AI features that fit into the user experience. We are not just building chatbots – we aim to improve the user's day with a smarter UI. We take the long view – the code we write today should still be considered excellent in 10 years and we do what it takes to get there. You will share your knowledge and improve the art of programming at SuperOffice – by lifting each other up, we grow as people and build great products that create business value for our customers.
