We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our product team, drive innovation, and deliver impactful solutions in a fast-growing, purpose-driven company.

Noteless is a rapidly growing health tech company dedicated to revolutionizing how healthcare professionals manage their time and workload. Our AI-driven platform captures and organizes patient conversations into structured medical notes, reducing administrative tasks by up to 2 hours daily. This enables healthcare professionals to focus on what truly matters—providing excellent patient care and enhancing service quality.
Our team brings together medical expertise and technological innovation. Experienced physicians and specialists work hand-in-hand with data engineers specializing in artificial intelligence. Together, we're building a platform that deeply understands and addresses the needs of healthcare professionals.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Analyze data to uncover insights and identify opportunities for product improvements and innovations.
- Gather information from various sources—customers, users, partners—and build data infrastructures to inform product development.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the product team, writing detailed user stories and instructions for developers and designers.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to create and maintain the product roadmap.
- Develop effective workflows and processes across teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Communicate and advocate for ideas, manage stakeholders, and represent the company confidently.
Must-haves:
- Experience in product management, preferably B2C and/or B2B.
- A good technical understanding (preferably of SaaS products) and the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills to gather, structure, and interpret data for actionable insights.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience scaling products or working in global organizations.
- Business acumen to understand the broader impact of product development on the company's success.
- Knowledge of healthcare or AI domains.
