Vi søker en erfaren økonomisjef som vil ha overordnet ansvar for økonomistyring, budsjettering, rapportering og analyse for Advania Managed Services. Du vil spille en sentral rolle både for forretningsområdet og for selskapet, og jobbe tett med ledelsen for å sikre sunn vekst og lønnsomhet.

Advania Finance består av om lag 20 medarbeidere, og vi har fokus på god kultur, samarbeid og kontinuerlig forbedring. **Din rolle**

  • Ha ansvar for økonomistyring, rapportering og analyser i forretningsområdet MSP.
  • Lede teamet ditt med 1-2 kontrollere.
  • Være en støtte og sparringspartner for CFO og Director MSP, herunder være tett på virksomheten og delta i MSP ledermøter.
  • Drive og strukturere budsjett- og prognoseprosesser for forretningsområdet.
  • Bidra til å skape gode kontrollrutiner innenfor forretningsområdet.
  • Utarbeide analyser blant annet for lønnsomhet i kunde- og tjenestedimensjoner, benchmarking og følge opp relevante KPIer.
  • Sette opp ulike business case.
  • Jobbe med variert ad hoc rapportering og analyse.

**Våre krav**

  • Minimum 5 års erfaring som business controller, økonomisjef eller lignende.
  • Relevant høyere utdanning.
  • Sterk forretningsforståelse og evne til å omsette økonomiske analyser til strategiske handlinger.
  • Systemkompetanse: Excel og Power BI.
  • Erfaring med varierte ERP-systemer.

Da vi jobber med kunder i Norden, er det en forutsetning at du behersker et av de nordiske språkene. I tillegg er det en fordel om du klarer å kommunisere profesjonelt på engelsk, både muntlig og skriftlig.
