Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and working with a beloved global brand? We're seeking a skilled Viewer Experience Advocate to support the Nordic market for Disney's streaming platform in Lisbon, Portugal.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to be part of the Disney magic, providing top-tier customer support while living in one of Europe's most vibrant cities. As a Viewer Experience Advocate, you'll be the face of Disney, helping viewers with account management, billing, content navigation, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support for Disney's streaming platform, ensuring a seamless viewing experience for viewers.
  • Solve technical issues, assist with system configurations, and troubleshoot network settings.
  • Moderate the platform, ensuring Disney's family-friendly standards are upheld and the community is safeguarded from spam, fraud, and other risks.
  • Create magical experiences for Disney fans by delivering world-class service and addressing customer inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Requirements
  • Fluent in Norwegian (C1 level) and proficient in English.
