This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for customer service with your love for Disney's streaming platform. As a Viewer Experience Advocate, you'll be the face of Disney, providing top-tier support to viewers across the Nordic market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support for Disney's streaming platform, addressing account management, billing, content navigation, and technical troubleshooting inquiries.
  • Solve technical issues by assisting viewers with system configurations, troubleshooting network settings, and ensuring a seamless viewing experience.
  • Moderate the platform to ensure Disney's family-friendly standards are upheld, identifying platform misuse, and safeguarding the community from spam, fraud, and other risks.
  • Create magical experiences for Disney fans by delivering world-class service, addressing customer inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism.
