Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and working with a beloved global brand? We're seeking a skilled Viewer Experience Advocate to support the Nordic market for Disney's streaming platform.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of the Disney magic, providing top-tier customer support while living in the vibrant city of Lisbon. As a Viewer Experience Advocate, you'll be the face of Disney, helping viewers with account management, billing, content navigation, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support for Disney's streaming platform
  • Solve technical issues and ensure a seamless viewing experience
  • Moderate the platform to uphold Disney's family-friendly standards
  • Create magical experiences for Disney fans
