About the Role

As a Norwegian Disney Advisor, you'll be the face of Disney, helping viewers with account management, billing, content navigation, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support for Disney's streaming platform, ensuring a seamless viewing experience.
  • Solve technical issues, assisting viewers with system configurations, troubleshooting network settings, and content moderation.
  • Moderate the platform, upholding Disney's family-friendly standards and safeguarding the community from spam, fraud, and other risks.
