About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to be part of the Disney magic, providing top-tier customer support while living in the vibrant city of Lisbon. As a Norwegian Disney Advisor, you'll be the face of Disney, helping viewers with account management, billing, content navigation, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support for Disney's streaming platform, ensuring a seamless viewing experience for viewers across the Nordic region.
  • Solve technical issues, assist with system configurations, and troubleshoot network settings to resolve viewer queries.
  • Moderate the platform, upholding Disney's family-friendly standards, and safeguarding the community from spam, fraud, and other risks.
  • Create magical experiences for Disney fans by delivering world-class service and addressing customer inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluent Norwegian (C1 level) and proficient in English.
  • Passion for customer service and problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Excitement to work with one of the most beloved brands globally and help create magical experiences for Disney viewers.
Training and Onboarding

We offer comprehensive training and onboarding, including:

  • 20 working days of in-depth product knowledge, customer management skills, and hands-on experience with the tools and systems used in the role.
  • A supportive team and a collaborative work environment to ensure your success.
Working Hours

As a Norwegian Disney Advisor, you'll work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day on rotating shifts, with 2 days off between Monday and Sunday. Your shifts will include a one-hour lunch break.
