Job Description

TN Norway is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Specialist to lead the charge in optimizing our CRM systems and empowering our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and enhancing our current CRM setup, regularly auditing and optimizing Salesforce performance, and developing Salesforce architecture overviews and roadmaps.

The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of direct experience in Salesforce consultation, preferably in a SaaS environment. They should be able to simplify complex workflows and effectively communicate with stakeholders. Strong technical skills, including proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and familiarity with JIRA, are essential.

Role Overview:

You will play a crucial role in making Salesforce a driver of growth for TN Norway. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure we stay ahead of industry trends while reducing reliance on external consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and Enhance Current CRM Setup: Regularly assess our current CRM setup and implement streamlined, efficient processes to meet evolving business needs.
  • Regularly Audit and Optimize Salesforce Performance: Regularly audit and optimize Salesforce performance to ensure it meets the requirements of our dynamic business environment.
  • Develop Salesforce Architecture Overviews and Roadmaps: Develop Salesforce architecture overviews, roadmaps, and process charts to drive business growth and efficiency.
Internal Knowledge Building:
  • Mentor Team Members: Mentor team members and foster in-house expertise in Salesforce.
  • Develop Training Programs: Develop and deliver engaging training programs for users to promote user adoption of Salesforce tools.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and user-friendly documentation for internal use.
