About the Job

We are looking for experienced and motivated Key Account Managers to join our Services team.

In this role, you will be working closely with our clients to provide support, identify opportunities, and develop our service offerings.

You will be part of a growing business and work in a fast-paced, highly competent, international, and innovative working environment.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of existing clients and plants.
  • Providing advice, support, and client satisfaction.
  • Identifying opportunities and developing our service offerings.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure delivery.
  • Proactively promoting our services, products, and projects.
  • Solving complex challenges and harvesting opportunities.
  • Leading negotiations with suppliers, partners, and clients.
  • Cooperating in multi-discipline, multi-national teams.
  • Contributing to developing our service offerings and business processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A commercial mindset and good client communication skills.
  • Experience from the process industry, wastewater, sludge treatment, or similar fields.
  • Fluency in English and willingness to learn new skills.
  • A proactive, responsive, and engaging attitude.
  • Persistent, thorough, and able to handle parallel activities in a dynamic environment.
  • A good team player with honesty, humility, and a natural inclination to share and learn.
  • A structured, independent, result-oriented, and goal-driven approach.
