Cambi As is looking for a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a portfolio of existing clients with Cambi plants in operation. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional support to clients, identify new opportunities, and develop and promote our suite of potential upgrade projects and service offerings.

This role has been established to drive business growth and success. In this position, you will contribute to the further development and execution of the strategy and operations of our service offerings, making a significant impact on the company's progress.

This is a strategic and operative role that requires a unique blend of skills. It is crucial that you are comfortable being hands-on while maintaining an overall view and responsibility for the function. The role is part of a rapidly growing business and is situated in a fast-paced, highly competent, international, and innovative working environment.

Main Duties:

  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of client/plants. Handle all topics, advise and support the clients, pull in the appropriate internal resources, ensure delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Proactively promote all our services, products, and projects. Identify opportunities, technical sales, negotiations, participate in developing project contracts to signature and execution.
  • Be the owner and driver of solving complex challenges and harvesting fantastic opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals for services and EPC projects.
  • Contribute to collaborating in multi-discipline, multi-national teams for responsive and correct handling, support level, value proposition, and delivery.

We are looking for a candidate who can leverage their expertise in mechanical, process, chemical, automation, or process technology to succeed in this role. A background in the process industry, wastewater, or sludge treatment is an asset. Strong commercial acumen, excellent client communication skills, and fluency in English are highly desirable. High personal standards for quality work and a proactive approach are expected.
