About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Nordics and NL region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, developing and executing business strategies, and building strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and business development professionals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives
  • Provide regular business updates and insights to senior leadership
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business data and develop effective solutions
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment
