- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Automation or relevant discipline.
- Good knowledge of automation with background from the oil and gas industry.
- Good knowledge of ABB's control system 800xA and Harmony.
- Good knowledge of site standards and regulations.
- Good writing and verbal fluency in Norwegian and English.
- Independent, sociable, and cooperative.
- Ability to work in a structured and targeted way with focus to reach good results.
- Ability and a desire for professional development.
