About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Professional Training Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery and administration of training programs that support the competence development of our medical device business professionals.

Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining an up-to-date catalogue of courses available within the medical devices business, ensuring timely issuance of training certificates, and facilitating access to all training courses and materials. You will also work closely with our Competence Specialist, assessors/auditors, external training providers, and local market units to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and provide an up-to-date catalogue of courses available within the medical devices business.
  • Ensure that any amendments to courses are scheduled and completed in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate access to all training courses and materials.
  • Maintain and update the Training Matrix in conjunction with the Competence Matrix.
  • Follow up on candidates with overdue training that affects competence compliance.
