Senior Fund Administrator with a Passion for Data Management

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fund Administrator to join our team at Permian. As a key member of our fund administration team, you will play a crucial role in managing multiple clients, handling large data sets, and developing new reporting ways for investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Migrate funds and companies to new operating systems
  • Manage large datasets for compilation and reporting
  • Develop reporting to investors
  • Improve data management and reporting
  • Set up and enhance system integrations
  • Handle tools for data migration and compilation (including PowerShell and R)
  • Calculate and analyze key metrics for funds
  • Prepare quarterly reports for investors and managers
  • Monitor cash flow to investors and portfolio companies
  • Report to various authorities, such as the Financial Supervisory Authority and the Tax Agency
  • Prepare and review quarterly reports, calculate key metrics, and create cash flow and management reports
  • Collaborate with external advisors such as lawyers, tax advisors, and auditors
  • Administration related to fund raising
  • Communicate with investors

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a bachelor's/master's degree or equivalent in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, or mathematics and 4+ years of work experience in accounting, auditing, finance, or the fund industry. Experience working with data management and private equity firms is advantageous.

You have an interest in the Private Equity industry, are service-oriented, and have strong skills in Excel and the Office suite. Proficiency in tools such as R, PowerShell, and Power BI is a plus. You are highly structured, meticulous, and driven, unfazed by deadlines, and would enjoy close contact with our clients in the financial industry. Fluency in both Swedish/Norwegian and English, both written and spoken, is required. Experience as a consultant and/or in project work is highly valued.
