We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Business Development Manager to join our team at TN Norway.
About the Job:This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, create market and sales plans, and solicit new business with the goal of increasing EBITDA on an annual basis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering or a related field and 3+ years of experience in the chemical field, preferably in the chemical coatings industry.
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships as well as identify and develop potential customers.
- Assess and build business cases for new product development.
- Develop new sales areas in the Americas through various methods.
The Technical Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking, customer site visits, and other channels. This role requires frequent travel by car and air.
