Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Roche Diagnostics Norway AS. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for advanced diagnostic laboratory systems at customer sites across Norway.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Service and Maintenance: Install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot diagnostic laboratory systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to ensure customers are knowledgeable in utilizing our systems, promoting efficient and effective use.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with the latest advancements in your field, applying new knowledge and skills to improve service delivery.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams internally to deliver comprehensive solutions, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with our international divisions to drive success and promote a culture of collaboration and mutual support.
- Education: A degree in medical technology, electronics, automation technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Preferably, experience within a laboratory environment, medical technical department, or a related field, with a strong understanding of diagnostic laboratory systems.
- Skills: Proficiency in installing, servicing, and maintaining technological systems, with strong IT skills to effectively navigate our systems.
- Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
- Teamwork: A team player who thrives in collaborative environments, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license (Class B).
