**Job Description**We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our corporate donor outreach, sponsorship proposals, and grant applications. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of nonprofit experience, preferably in fundraising, and fluency in Norwegian and English.

**Key Responsibilities**The successful candidate will maintain a pipeline of prospective donors, high-net-worth individuals, funding institutions, and brand ambassadors. They will also track and report on partnership outreach and fundraising progress using CRM systems like Salesforce.
