Job Summary

Nord Pool is looking for a Strategic Growth Manager to lead our business development efforts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic plans to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and meet business objectives.
  3. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain relationships.
  5. Create business cases and proposals to support new initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in energy trading or exchanges.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and create compelling business cases.
  • International business experience and knowledge of power markets.
