Responsibilities:Account Management
  • Manage a portfolio of business partners, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain trust.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and increase revenue streams.
Relationship Building
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within partner organizations.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategy sessions to understand partner goals and align on mutual objectives.
Growth & Development
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities that align with partner objectives and increase revenue.
  • Work closely with the sales and business development teams to onboard new partners and ensure their integration into our service ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with internal product teams to tailor offerings that resonate with partners' high-net-worth clients.
