Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing distributors and wholesalers across the Nordics and Baltics, driving sales growth and profitability in collaboration with business units. The primary contact for distribution partners ensures effective communication, business planning, and strategic development.

We are looking for a Strategic Partnership Specialist to join our team in the Nordic region. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our distribution partners, driving sales growth and profitability, and developing tailored engagement strategies based on customer size and potential.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute commercial plans to achieve sales growth and profitability targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, ensuring effective communication, business planning, and strategic development.
  3. Identify and implement opportunities for distributor consolidation and cost savings.

  • Proven experience in sales or commercial roles, with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
  • Able to influence decisions and drive outcomes without direct authority.
  • Strategic individual who can solve problems with the ability to anticipate market trends and adapt accordingly.
