Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team. As an OT security specialist, you will work with our customers to identify and mitigate security risks in their OT environments. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing security frameworks, conducting security maturity assessments, and performing security risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement OT security frameworks, including security policies and procedures in accordance with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and international standards such as IEC 62443
  • Perform security maturity assessments for our OT customers based on recognized standards and frameworks such as NIST CSF, IEC62443
  • Perform security risk assessments of industrial network architecture
  • Perform security risk assessments for IT / OT systems to identify vulnerabilities, potential threats, and develop mitigation capabilities
Requirements
  • Background in automation or OT systems, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector, power generation facilities, or food production facilities
  • Experience in laws and regulations of critical infrastructure, and implementing associated security requirements in projects
  • Strong understanding of OT protocols, such as Modbus, Profinet, DNP3, OPC, or EtherCAT
  • Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and security frameworks, such as NIST, ISO 27000, or IEC 62443
  • Secure industrial network architecture and design (Purdue model)
  • IT Security or OT-related certifications, such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, GICSP, or GRID
  • Security management systems

About the Team

You will work closely with our Governance, Risk & Compliance department (GRC) to manage digital processes, security management, risk management, and strategy. This means you will be considered a reliable sparring partner in strategic decisions and have the opportunity to work on projects and services across all disciplines in Mnemonic.
