The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering large-scale projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness with a focus on customer benefit realization.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Delivery: Successfully deliver large-scale projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness with a focus on customer benefit realization.
- Process Development: Drive the development and implementation of standards, processes, tools, and skills for leading projects and project portfolios.
- Risk Management: Proactively manage risk, motivate, and lead a team of project managers to Ascom standards.
- Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and report customer satisfaction, ensuring high-level knowledge of Ascom processes and tools among project managers.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvements and conduct post-delivery project analysis.
- Education: University degree (MSc.) in Business Administration or Technology.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years leading complex ICT projects, with at least 8 years in IT, telecom, or healthcare.
- Certification: Project Management certification is an advantage.
- Skills: Excellent project and program management skills with a focus on large value contracts, strong leadership, planning, organizing, and implementation skills, experience in facilitation and organization of workshops and larger meetings, exceptional interpersonal and relationship and communication skills, customer-focused with proficiency in English and Norwegian (oral & written).
