About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in Norway. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for managing sales data, generating reports, analyzing trends, and improving sales processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support functions, with at least 6 years of experience. You will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle large amounts of data and present findings to stakeholders.

You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure that all operations run smoothly, while also optimizing sales tools like CRM systems. If you are a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for sales operations, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and own the annual customer segmentation, examining portfolio/territory planning, productivity, and sales coverage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
  • Assist in creating reports to follow up on different aspects of the business in the CRM.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support functions.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales behaviors.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle large amounts of data and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills and Power BI.
