Om teamet

Quality Assurance avdelingen består i dag av seks personer, alle med ulik erfaring og kompetanse. Det er både testledere, tekniske testere og utviklere med kvalitetsfokus. Vi trives godt sammen som gjeng og lærer hele tiden mye av hverandre.

Et av fjorårets store prosjekter for avdelingen var å lage og gjennomføre Software Quality Academy Foundation for første gang. Dette er en ukes opplæring i grunnleggende testfag som tilbys alle graduates i Forte Digital. Du kan lese mer om akademiet her:

Om rollen

Nå søker vi vår neste kollega til QA-avdelingen. I QA-avdelingen vil du få muligheten til å sparre med dyktige kollegaer innenfor både utvikling, testledelse og testutvikling. Vi sitter ute hos kunde, men gjør også opplæring i kvalitet og metodikk internt og eksternt. Vi mener at kvalitetsforbedringer skjer gjennom samarbeid. Du kommer til å være en integrert del av teamet du jobber i, hvor du vil kunne delta i flere faser av utviklingsprosjektene. Du får muligheten til å bruke et bredt spekter av dine ferdigheter og du vil være teamets fremste kvalitetsekspert.

Hvem er du?

Du trives med å løse komplekse utfordringer sammen med andre og fungerer best i et miljø hvor det settes krav til at man skal dele av sine erfaringer. Du tar ikke vedtatte sannheter for gitt og ønsker alltid å utvikle deg sammen med teamet. Du er komfortabel med å skrive kode og har testet forskjellige testrammeverk. Sitater som "You cannot inspect quality into the product; it is already there" og "Quality is everyone's responsibility" gir mening for deg. I tillegg ser vi for oss at du:

  • Har lang nok erfaring til at du anser deg selv som senior
