Leap29 is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Test Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the strategic development and implementation of our Data Loss Prevention (DLP) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and engineer a comprehensive DLP test framework that aligns with our corporate level strategies
- Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test data creation and expected results reports
- Develop manual and automated processes to execute test plans, passing corresponding test data/artefacts and validate test results
- Conduct thorough test analysis and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SETSQA, DevOPS, and CyberOPS, to identify, analyze, and resolve defects and provide consistent processes and solutions
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Advanced knowledge and experience in leading QA/testing projects and teams
- Strong understanding of software development and testing practices, including Agile methodology
- Proficient experience in software testing and test automation/performance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
