Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team. As a Financial Controller, you will work closely with our CFO and management team in ensuring that the company can move swiftly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee accounting and finance operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Contribute to the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including quarterly investor reporting
  • Develop and implement internal control procedures, routines, and processes to ensure regulatory compliance and meet industry standards
  • Participate in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
  • Provide reports and insights to support operational and strategic decision-making
  • Monitor and manage cash flow
  • Liaise with external accountants and auditors
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and projects

About You

You are a highly motivated and experienced financial professional looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced environment. You have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and are able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or similar
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Self-sufficient and self-driven, with drive to succeed and demonstrate initiative
  • Enjoys working in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment
  • High level of integrity
  • Fluency in English and Norwegian
