  • Lead the Grocery Team: You will be responsible for leading a team of Grocery Associates and ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure Efficient Operations: You will be responsible for ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently during your shift, including managing workload, efficiency, office duties, and well-being.
  • Solve Issues: You will be responsible for solving any issues that arise during your shift, including resolving customer complaints and addressing any operational issues.
  • Monitor and Manage Workload: You will be responsible for monitoring and managing the workload of the Grocery team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Collect and Forward Feedback: You will be responsible for collecting feedback from customers and colleagues and forwarding it to the relevant teams.
  • Develop Store Operations: You will be responsible for proactively participating in developing store operations, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.

Requirements:

  • Experience: You must have experience working as a Grocery Associate in Wolt Market or other grocery stores/retail, as well as experience leading a team in a similar industry.
  • Skills: You must be proactive, service-minded, and a fast learner, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: You must be available to work flexible shifts, including morning and evening shifts across weekdays and weekends, and have a reliable transportation method to commute during early morning and late evening hours.
  • Language: You must have a full professional proficiency in English.
