Responsibilities

This role involves taking ownership of an assigned territory focused on growing customers in the NORDICS region. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving net new logo and up-sell opportunities in their assigned territory.
  • Demonstrating expertise in building business cases that align with Enterprise strategic business initiatives, detailing value and differentiation at all levels of customer & prospect organizations.
  • Benefiting from Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, Value Consulting and Transformation Teams throughout sales cycles.
  • Creating pipeline using new techniques, tools, joint field marketing initiatives, trade shows, and top tier channel partners (VAR, SI & SP).
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of sales experience with a revenue quota, selling to Enterprise accounts.
  • A consistent track record of over-achievement, net new logo accomplishments, and experience leveraging channel partnerships.
  • A willingness to be coached and the discipline to work a sales process from beginning to end.
  • Evidence of 'team sales' and the ability to use internal resources, partners, and team members to be successful.
