Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 F&O to align with client requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality
  • Participate in full-cycle implementation of projects, including project planning, scoping, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, and post-implementation support
  • Run workshops with clients, consultants, and client leaders to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients to improve their processes, drive operational efficiency, and achieve business objectives
  • Work with the technical team to ensure that client needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions
  • Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client presentations
Requirements
  • Experience from full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical and scalable solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform
  • Flexibility to travel to client sites if required
  • Proficiency in at least one Scandinavian language and excellent written and spoken English language skills
  • Finance and/or Accounting end-user experience is seen as an advantage
