At NOV Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team as an Order Processing specialist. As a key member of our Administration team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify commercial aspects of incoming purchase orders and ensure accuracy.
  • Create orders in our ERP system and distribute order confirmations to customers.
  • Handle changes affecting commercial details and maintain cost control.
  • Prepare billing summaries and close orders in the ERP system.
  • Distribute AR documents to customers and file invoices in our Document Management System.
  • Administer the Customer Portal, managing invoices and orders.
  • Provide training to new staff within the department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (desirable).
  • Experience working in an administrative team (desirable).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (essential).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English (essential).

  • Ability to exercise good judgment and make timely decisions.
  • Strong understanding of technical information and ability to apply it effectively.
