Key Responsibilities- Work across assets and disciplines to ensure safe and cost-effective operational maintenance support.
- Exploit digital initiatives to support analytics and improve processes within maintenance planning and execution.
- Provide day-to-day technical support to the offshore organization, with some offshore travel expected.
- Liaise with third-party providers.
- Monitor and track maintenance effectiveness through key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with Vår Energi's Management System (VEMS) in cooperation with relevant departments.
- Contribute to modifications and projects as applicable.
- Recently graduated or graduating in 2025 with a minimum of BSc (MSc preferred) in Maintenance Management or a relevant technical discipline.
- 0-2 years of working experience.
- Passion for digitalization and improvement work.
- System knowledge is preferable but not a requirement.
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English.
