TN Norway is a leading employer in the Nordic region, with a strong commitment to employee engagement and labour relations. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced ELR Manager to join our EMEA team.

About the Role

We are seeking an ELR Manager who has a deep understanding of labour relations landscapes across the Nordic Countries and specialized knowledge of labor relations landscapes and requirements in at least one of the Nordic Countries. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and delivering scalable training products and working with senior ER EMEA colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Developing and delivering scalable training products to build ER and LR knowledge and skills
  2. Influencing all employee related decisions and advising on strategies to mitigate ER risks
  3. Conducting climate assessments in sites requiring them and ensuring all actions resulting from them are recorded and followed up
  4. Monitoring internal and external labour relations trends and submitting relevant reports to management

This role reports to the Principal, Employee & Labour Relations and is a hybrid role. The successful candidate will be eligible to work at least 3 days per week in any of our offices in Oslo, Helsinki, Copenhagen or Stockholm.
