The Department of Electric Energy at NTNU is seeking a PhD candidate with a strong academic background in Integrated Energy Systems. You must have a Master's degree in electric power engineering or equivalent, and demonstrate a strong competence in integrated energy systems. As a PhD candidate, you will work closely with our research group to achieve your doctorate and gain valuable experience qualifying you for a further career in higher education and research.

Your tasks will include carrying out research of good quality within the framework described above, participating in activities of the research group Power System Operation and Analyses (PSOA), and contributing to publications in relevant journals and to popular science dissemination. We offer a mentor programme as a new employee at NTNU and provide follow-up during the PhD period.
