Job Title: Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee study execution to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Drive new business across all markets and practices for Genesis in the Nordics.
  • Interface with global colleagues to share knowledge and optimize the local service offering.
  • Grow and develop the local Norway team to enhance our presence.
  • Represent Genesis at events, conferences, and client meetings to increase brand awareness.
Requirements:
  • Experience with client interfaces and understanding of energy markets.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Open communication style with the ability to develop trusting client relationships.
  • Previous experience in the commercial aspects of consulting.
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and give tenders and study deliverables an edge.
  • Experience in promoting technical consulting offerings.
  • Proactive, self-starter motivated towards achieving pre-agreed targets and objectives.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Responsible for meeting Order Intake and revenue KPI for the project portfolio.
  • Establish a line of sight of, and develop the opportunity pipeline through client engagement.
  • Support business development to grow and diversify the market footprint and client base.
  • Build client relationships and understanding of client drivers and challenges.
  • Manage and sponsor studies/projects/tenders, supporting study managers and technical teams in their delivery.
  • Provide leadership to the local team of Study Managers and technical staff, ensuring strong engagement and motivation.
  • Collaborate closely with P&C teams to ensure a proactive approach to talent development and retention.
  • Support global collaboration to ensure continuous improvement and simplification of processes and tools.
  • Ensure the team has the necessary competencies to execute projects and grow the business.
